The sweet and sour taste with salmon is just simply delicious. Please try this dish!

4 pieces salmon filets

1/4 each red and yellow bell pepper

1 medium onion

salt to taste

2 tsp starch

1 tbsp oil

2 tbs sake

oil for frying


1 tbsp rice vinegar

1 tbsp sugar

2 chicken cubes

1 cup hot wate

salt to taste

—2 tsp starch and 1 tsp water—

1. In a bowl mix first 5 sauce ingredients and set aside

2. Sprinkle the salmon filets with salt and the sake on both sides. Let sit for 5 minutes.

3. Thinly slice the onion and peppers.

4. Remove any excess moisture from the salmon filets by patting with a paper towel . Lightly coat with starch on both sides. Set aside

5. In a frying pan, heat the oil to 360° and fry the salmon filets until cooked. Remove the filets from the oil and let any excess oil drip off.

6. Saute the onion and peppers in 1 tbsp vegetable oil, then add the sauce and warm over high heat.

7. Mix 2 tsp of starch and 2 tsp of water and add to the sauce to thicken it.

8. Place the salmon filets on plates and pour the sauce vegetable mixture on top.
