SINAMPALUKANG TUNA

 

1 lb Tuna

1 medium onion,sliced

1 medium tomato,quartered

4 cups water

lemongrass

1 hot long pepper

salt or patis and pepper to taste

1 tbsp  sampalok mix

pinch msg (optional)
In a pot over high heat, bring all ingredients (except tuna) to a boil , Reduce the heat  to medium and simmerfor about 20 minutes..

Add tuna and simmer until cooked

Correct seasoning ..You may add vegetables if you wish

Serve  with white rice..
