2 6-oz salmon fillet

1 lemon

2 tbsp olive oil

salt and freshly cracked black pepper

for garnish

cucumber slices,lemon wedges and dill sprigs

Dill and Horseradish Sauce

1/4 cup sour cream

1/4 cup mayo

1 tbsp horseradish

1 tsp chopped fresh dill

1 tsp Dijon mustard

to taste salt and pepper

Place the sour cream,mayo,horseradish sauce,dill,and mustard in a bowl and mix well to combine.

Preheat oven to 425F

Drizzle the salmon with lemon juice and oil.Season with salt and pepper.

Place on a baking tray lined with aluminum foil and fold to cover the fish and bake for 20 to 25 minutes.

Remove from the oven,uncover and cool to room temperature.

Carefully transfer the salmon to a serving platter.Wrap and refrigerate until well chilled.Decorate with cucumber,lemon wedges and dill

SErve the sauce alongside the salmon.
