PINEAPPLE UPSIDE DOWN CAKE

5slices Pineapple

1/2 Cup Butter

1 Cup Sugar

2 Eggs

1 teaspoon Vanilla

2 Cups Flour

1 teaspoon Baking Powder

1 teaspoon Baking Soda

2/3 teaspoon Salt

1 Cup Buttermilk

3 Tablespoons Butter (for frosting, in addition to the 1/2 Cup)

3/4 Cup Brown Sugar

Preheat oven to 350

Mix together flour, baking soda,baking powder , salt, and buttermilk

Beat together sugar and butter.

Add in eggs and vanilla

Add to flour mix and beat until smooth

put the 3 Tablespoons Butter into the skillet and place on a medium low burner.Add brown sugar and 5 slices of pineapple.mix well

pour your pineapple icing to a pan.

Pour cake batter on top the pineapple icing

Bake for about 1 hour 10 minutes

cool and flip the cake upside down
