1/2 lb pork sliced
4 tbsp cooking oil
2 medium onion,sliced
4 cloves garlic,minced
1 cup carrots,julienne or sliced
2 cups cabbage or bok choy,thinly sliced
1 tsp black ground pepper
3 tbs soy sauce
1 lb of rice sticks noodles
1 cup green beans ,sliced
chinese sausage (optional)
1 bunch of kenchay
4 cups of chicken broth
Heat 2 tbsp oil in a large skillet.Stir fry pork slices until no longer pink.Then add chinese sausage
Add garlic and onion…Saute for a few minutes until soft
Season with soy sauce ang black pepper
Add all vegetables and stir fry for few minutes
In another big pot.Boil broth and add 2 tbsp soy sauce,black pepper and 2 tbsp oil 1 chopped medium onion,2 minced garlic.Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for another 20 minutes
Add noodles and stir to loosen..add more soy sauce or water if needed
Toss the noodles with the cooked ingredients and kenchay to coat them with sauce and adjust seasoning. Serve in bowls with lemon or lime wedges to squeeze over the top.
