4 tsp seasoned salt
2 tsp mcCormick garlic herb
1 tsp paprika

10 drumstick

3 chicken legs cut in half

In a small  bowl mix the seasoning

combine 1 1/2 cup all purpose flour and about 2 tbsp light
cream and half of the seasoned mixed salt

sprinkle the rest of seasoned salt to the chicken and refrigerate for an hour

mix 1 egg and about 1/4 cup of light cream and dip  chicken pieces

then coat with  flour mixture

carefully add chicken to hot oil and fry for about 20 minutes

Drain chicken on a wire cooling rack and serve with your favorite sauce ..this is my family favorite fried chicken..crispy outside and  moist inside
