SAUTEED GREENS

 

Bunch of bok choy,cleaned

1 tbsp light chinese soy sauce

pepper to taste

4 garlic cloves,chopped

1 tbsp oil

Heat oil i n a wok over a high heat. Add chopped garlic and stir fry for 1 minute until golden brown.

Toss in the  bok choy  ,stir until  wilted .Add soy sauce and pepper and continue cooking for another minute.
