TUNA PATTIES

3(6 oz) cans tuna,drained

1 tbsp fish sauce

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp freshly ground pepper

1/4 tsp sesame oil

1 garlic, finely diced (optional)

5 spring onions, thinly sliced

vegetable oil, for deep frying

1/2 cup flour

Combine all the ingredients together

Use oiled hands to form the mixture into patties.Dredge in flour

Add vegetable oil to a large nionstick frying pan and heat over medium heat. Add the patties in batches and fry for 4 minutes on each side,or until golden brown.

Serve with tartar sauce or ur choice of dipping sauce.
