TINY FRIED FISH (DILIS)

The smaller the fish the better..they dont need to be gutted.

fish

sea salt

freshly ground pepper

flour for dredging

oil for frying

Wash fish well and drain. Combine flour, salt, and pepper on a plate.

Dredge the fish by rolling in flour and shaking off excess

Fry until nicely golden brown on both sides.
