PREHEAT OVEN TO 350
6 eggs,separated
1 cup cake flour
1 cup white sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cream tartar
1 tsp lemon extract
1 tsp orange extract
1/2 cup vegetables oil
Beat egg yolk,lemon,orange extract, and 1/2 sugar at high speed,until thick
at low speed add in cake flour and continue mixing
In separate bowl,beat eggwhites with 1 tsp tartar at high speed add 1/2 cup of sugar and continue beating until stiff.about 3 mins.
add eggyolk mixture and white and mix together
Line muffin pans with paper cups and pour mixture about 3/4 full
Bake 12-15 minutes
enjoy with hot coffee
