SISIG
chopped onion
chopped chili pepper
pig face,chopped(i bought the pig head in china town to skip all the hard work and it was well seasoned already)
ground pepper
1/4 cup pork chicharon
lemon
salt and pepper
1 fried egg
Saute chopped pig face in onion and add seasoning and pork craklings
Heat the sisig plate and add butter
then add the fried sisig..Serve with lemon,fried egg and sprinkle some chopped pepper
