Ingredients:
2 pieces tilapia
2 tomatoes sliced
1 onion sliced
1 cup coconut milk
lemongrass (tanglad) to wrap the fish
ginger sliced
2pcs sili
salt and pepper to taste
salt and pepper tilapia..then wrap with tanglad
add all the ingredients and bring it to a boil..lower the fire and simmer until cooked
