SHRIMP PARMESAN
25 pcs extra large peeled and butterflied
1 cup breadcrumbs or panko
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1 cup shredded mozarella cheese
1 egg
olive oil for frying just enough to cover bottom of pan
your favorite Italian sauce
salt and pepper to taste
Add salt,pepper ,egg, and shrimp together
Dip each shrimp in panko shaking of excess. Heat oil in a pan.Brown shrimp in batches and drain on paper towel to remove excess oil.
Spread some sauce on the bottom of the baking dish. Lay shrimp in 1 layer. Sprinkle about 2 tbsp of parmesan cheese,mozarella and the rest of the sauce on top. Add the rest of mozarella and parmesan cheese and bake 350F until cheese melted,about 20 minutes. Serve with noodles and vegetables
