INGREDIENTS:
1 -16 oz package of Rice flour (Thailand Rice flour, Red color)
2 cans of (goya) coconut milk
about 1 1/2 cups of white sugar or more
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tbsp baking powder
1 package of yeast
Mix all the ingredients together cover and set aside for at least 8 hours
Heat a nonstick pan on medium fire, grease with oil and pour about 1/4 cup of the mixture and cover.Wait about 2 minutes, no need to turn it over. Serves with hot coffee.
