Serve with mixed vegetables and steamed rice

4 salmon fillets

2 tbsp olive oil

2 tbsp soy sauce

juice of 1 lemon

freshly ground black pepper

1 tsp cumin powder

1onion,thily sliced

Preheat the oven to 400 F. Mix all the ingredients  in a  big bowl. Add the salmon ,and leave for  1 hour.

Put the salmon in  a roasting pan   and roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes,or until the salmon is cooked through.

Serve with rice and vegetables.
