Ingredients:
2 cups jasmine rice ad water for soaking
3 tbs baking powder
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp salt
more water to add into rice flour
buko pandan for flavoring or color of your choice
1 tsp anise
soak the rice and grind into flour consistency
add all the ingrdients mix throughly into a thick smooth liquid
scoop the mixture into muffin pan and steam for 20 minutes over high heat without opening the steamer
