3 1/2 cup Unbleached Bread Flour
1 1/2 cup water-cool
2 tsp salt
1 package yeast
2 tbsp olive oil
Pour the warm water in a large mixing bowl, add yeast,stir a little and let sit to dissolved ..about 7 minutes.
Add in 3 cups of bread flour,salt,oil and mix the dough..You could use stand mixer or bread machine to make the dough..i have both but didnt bother to use it when making pizza dough..I only uses my hand to knead and i thought the results still the same..add the remaining 1/2 cup of flour from time to time to reduce from stickiness of the dough..but you have to know that too wet is better than too dry..
Divide 3…shape..Place on greased bowl or pizza pan and cover ..Ferment for 1 hour at room temperature then refrigerate for another hour or more..
Turn the oven to 450-500
Dust pizza pan with corn flour
Knead lightly and strech to 9”diameter circle
Add all your favorite topping.. Bake for about 9-10 minutes..
see the crust ?its perfect …someone I know actually paid a lot of money just to get this dough recipe right ..
