PINAKBET

1 cupĀ  1 1/2 inch long beans

2 bittermelon sliced to bite size pieces

2 eggplant,sliced to bite size pieces

15 pieces okra

2 cups squash cubed

1/2 lb sliced pork

3 tbs veg oil

3 cloves garlic

3 medium tomatos chopped

1 medium onion chopped

3 thinĀ  slices ginger

1/2 cup chicken broth

3-4 tbsp bagoong alamang (salted shrimp paste)

1/2 cup cooked shrimp
Saute garlic ,onion and gingerAdd pork and shrimp pastePut in the tomatoes and chicken broth. Cover and cook in low heat for about 15 minutes.

Add all the vegetables and simmer for about 10-15 minutes or until all the vegetables are cooked.
