1 lb sirloin steak
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp cornstarch blend into 1/4
cup water
1 cup mixed red, green,yellow pepper
1 medium onion sliced
2 chopped garlic
2 tbsp oil
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1/2 tsp ground black pepper

1/2 cup water

Cut the beef against the grain into thin slices.
Heat a wok over high heat, add the oil and heat until almost smoking.Stir fry the pepper ,onion , and garlic for about 1 minute

Add the beef and cook,stirring constantly until the pieces brown. Add the soy sauce. oyster sauce cornstarch..Simmer untilĀ  cooked or sauce thickened about 5 minutes..

Serve with rice
