1 lb sirloin steak,sliced thinly
1 chicken bouillon
1 tbsp cornstarch blend into 1/4
cup water
1 medium red pepper,sliced
1 medium onion sliced
2 chopped garlic
2 tbsp oil
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
snow peas
Cut the beef against the grain into thin slices.
Heat a wok over high heat, add the oil and heat until almost smoking.Stir fry the pepper ,onion , and garlic for about 1 minute.
Next the beef, followed the snow peas and add the rest of the ingredients.
Simmer until cooked or sauce thickened about 5 minutes..
Serve with rice.
