NILAGANG BAKA

Ingredients:

Bone marrow

water

2 cubes beef bouillon

2 pieces carrots sliced

4 pieces pototao quartered

2 medium onion quartered

1 tsp peppercorns

1 cup noodles

patis and pepper to taste

scallion

Place beef in a large pot..Add water to  cover the meat..onion ,peppercorns and beef bouillon. Simmer in medium heat until meat is tender..the longer u simmer the better it is..add water if necessary..add the rest of the ingredients..simmer until vegetables are done..checkseasoning..use patis instead of salt

serve with rice and enjoy
