LETCHE FLAN

Ingredients

1 can evaporated milk

1 can condensed milk

8 egg yolks

1 tsp vanilla

3/4 cup white sugar(for the caramel)

caramelize the sugar (no water)

mix eggyolk..evap milk..condensed milk..vanilla and beat lightly..

pour caramelized sugar into mold..spread evenly and gently pour the mixture  on top of the caramel..place the filled mold into larger pan filled an inch of water and bake at  350 degrees  1 to 1/2 hour..ready when inserted knife comes out clean..

let it cool completely and transfer to a plate upside down…
