1 pound medium size shrimp
1 cup squash
kamote leaves
1 cup eggplant
saluyot tops
malunggay
3cups,rice washing
salt and pepper
1 tbsp oil
2 garlic,minced
1 medium onion.sliced
In a large pan,heat the oil and saute the garlic and onions for 1 minute.
Add rice washing or chicken broth ..bring to a boil..Add in shrimp and vegetables that require longer cooking and simmer for about 2-3 minutes..and in the rest of the ingredients..
salt and pepper to taste..
