1 lb shrimp
2 large tomato sliced
1 large onion chopped evenly
1 pack tamarind soup base
2 eggplant sliced into 4 pcs
bunch of kangkong
6 to 8 cups water
salt or patis and pepper to taste
1 small radish
In a pot..put in water,onion,tomato,kamias,tamarind soup base..Bring to boil for 30 to 40 minutes..
Add all the veg except kangkong..cook for about 5 minutes..
Then add in the shrimp and cover for 2 minutes..check your seasoning..
add kangkong at the end and serve…
