HALAYANG UBE

1 can (14 oz) condensed milk

1 can (12 oz) evap milk

4 tbsp butter or margarine

1 tsp vanilla

2 cups peeled and grated ube

Add all the ingredients in a nonstick pan or Wok.

Keep on mixing until   a bit dry about 30-40 minutes.

 

Place in a platter and refrigerate before serving

Serve with melted margarine if u wish
