GINISANG TAUGI

3 cups mung bean sprouts

1 tbsp oil

1/4 cup pork

1clove garlic,chopped

1 small onion,chopped

1 red chile, finely chopped

1 scallion,finely chopped

1/2 cup carrots,shredded

2-3 tbsp lightsoy sauce

Wash the bean sprouts, discarding any husks  and straggly end pieces, and drain thoroughly.

Heat a wok over high heat, add the oil and heat until very hot. Stir fry the garlic and onion  then add pork.

Add chile , scallion, soysauce. Cover and cook the meat for at least 5 minutes.

Add bean sprouts and carrots  and toss until they start to wilt. season and serve
