fresh or frozen yuca
1 packet of goya sazon
1 clove sliced garlic
1 cube chicken bullion
1 tsp cumin
3-4 cups water
Place all the ingredients in a pot.make sure water covers the yucas.Bring to a boil lower heat and simmer until tender about 30 minutes.
Drain yucas in a colander and let cool
Fry them in hot oil until crisp and drain on paper towel..
Serve with nice baked chicken and mixed vegetables..
