FRIED GALUNGGONG

6 pieces galunggong

1 cup ice water

2 tbsp salt

2  small hot  pepper

2 tbsp flour

oil for frying

salt and black pepper

Combined water ,2 tbsp salt and hot pepper and soak the fish for about 2-3 hours

Drain in kitchen paper.

Sprinkle some salt  ground black pepper, and flour

Heat the oil and fry  fish in medium heat for about 5 mins each side or until brown.
