1 pound squid
1 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
1 1/2 tbsp seasoned salt
1 tsp oregano
2 tsp paprika
lemon
olive oil for deep frying
In a bowl,combine the flour,panko,seasoned salt,paprika,and oregano
mix the egg into the squid
coat the squid with the flour mixture
Drop the squid into the olive oil and fry for about one minute or lightly browned. Reheat the oil in between batches of cooking.
serve with cut up lemonĀ while squid still hot.
