CHICKEN CURRY(easy chicken curry)

4 thighs and drumsticks
1 tbsp red curry paste
1tbsp curry powder
1/2 red and green bell pepper,sliced

2 tbsp cooking oil
1 medium onion
3 ginger root,sliced
2 cloves garlic,chopped
1 tbsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper

1can coconut milk
1 bay leaves

1 chicken bouillon

Heat up the skillet or wok and add in cooking oil. When the oil is hot enough, stir fry the onion, garlic and ginger and pepper until fragrant.

Add   curry powder and red curry  paste  and chicken and stir fry for about 1 minute.

Add in coconut milk and chicken bouillon and simmer until cooked,about 30-40 minutes.

Serve with rice…
