INGREDIENTS:
1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast,sliced
2 tbsp oil
1 medium onion,sliced
2 garlic chopped
1 bottle teriyaki sauce
1 bunch broccoli.
1 yellow pepper
Heat wok to high heat..Add oil and when oil is hot add garlic and onion.about 15 seconds
Then add chicken ,stir fry until lightly browned
Add teriyaki sauce and continue cooking for another 2 minutes..then add broccoli and pepper..cover and cook until broccoli is tender crisp..about 5 mins..
Note:
You may add all kind of vegetables you want.
This actually came out very good..so much better than the one that I used to order from chinese restaurant
