CHICHARON
1 kilo pork skin
2 tbsp salt
3 cups water
1/4 cup vinegar
1/2 tsp msg
3 pcs red chili pepper
Boil the pork skin until tender,about 30 minutes
After boiling,cool and slice into desired sizes
Dry under the sun until firm or 300F oven about 1 1/2 hour
Deep fry until skin puffed out or golden brown serve with vinegar ,chili sauce
