3 cups grated cassava

1/4 cup of thick coconut milk..just scoop out only the top if u ‘re using canned coco milk..

1 c macapuno

3/4 c brown sugar

banana leaves

mix all the ingredients and roll about 3 tbs mixture in a wilted banana leaf .

tie by two’s with string if you want to boil it or just simply fold each end  if you want to steam it..

boil or steam for 45 minutes to 1 hour..

Thank you for sharing your recipe. I tried this recipe here in Florida and it tasted delicious like how I remember my mother used to cook for us her children. I didn’t pay much attention then how she cook it. Mine tasted really good except that it’s a bit Albino in color because I used Splenda instead of brown sugar. Brown sugar makes it look so appetizing.
