2 tbsp cooking oil
2 cloves garlic,chopped
1 medium onion,sliced
young coconut meat
3 cups coconut juice
2 tsp salt
1 dozen crabs, boiled
scallions
1 tbsp tomato paste
Saute onion ,garlic,lemon grass, and tomato paste
Add coconut water and season with salt . Add crabs.Cover and cook for 15-20 minutes.
Drop scallions and cook for 2-3 minutes longer ..Serve
