3 cinnamon raisin bagel
1 tsp vanilla
1 can sweet coconut cream
1/4 cup sweet coconut flakes or 1/2 cup macapuno
1 qt milk
jelly for topping (pineapple ,raspberry or strawberry)
Break bread into pieces
beat eggs,vanilla, coco cream together
Add into milk
Soak the bread in milk mixture in a big mixing bowl.Let stand for 20 minutes.
crush with hands until well mixed and all the milk is absorbed.. Add in sweet coconut flakes or macapuno. mix well.
Pour bread mix into greased baking pan and spread topping over.Bake at 350 F for 35-45 minutes or until top and edges is brown.
I used raspberry jam topping for this one
and this is pineapple jam.either one is amazingly good.
