BANANA BREAD

I never thought that banana bread without sour cream can taste so good..So easy to make and the color is so nice..add mashed banana when it has that nice browny color ..What you have to do is..after u mashed the banana cover it  and check it out in 15 minutes and u will see it has black color on top..mix well and cover again for another 20 minutes and its ready ..

1 cup raw sugar
1 stick butter,softened
3 pieces banana,mashed  until smooth
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1 cup all purpose flour

Cream sugar, butter,and eggs together.

Add the rest of the ingredients to the mixture and mix well with spoon

Cut an aluminum foil or parchment paper to fit the loaf pan..Lay it nicely and spray with cooking oil.

Pour in the batter  and bake until you can insert a toothpick in the middle and it comes out clean ,about 45 -1 hour.Moist crumbs are fine.

Cool completely and then slice the bread and serve..
