BACON WRAPPED BEANS

1/2 fresh green beans

5 bacon strips

2 tbs butter melted

1/2 garlic salt

1/8 tsp soy sauce

1.Place beans in a large saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil. Cook, uncovered, for 5 minutes or until crisp-tender.
2.    Drain beans; place about 7 beans on each bacon strip. Wrap bacon around beans and secure with a toothpick. Place on an ungreased baking sheet.
In a small bowl, combine the butter, brown sugar, garlic salt and soy sauce; brush over bundles. Bake at 400° for 10-15 minutes or until bacon is crisp.

If you dont want to use  sauce..just sprinkle the beans with garlic salt and wrap in bacon..fry on its own fat until bacon is nicely browned..

Serve with mashed potato and nicely grilled steak
