BLUEFIN TUNA CARPACCIO

 

1 lb very thinly sliced bluefin tuna

1/4 cup olive oil

2 tbsp balsamic vinegar

3 tbsp fresh parmesan shavings

salt and freshly ground pepper to taste

1. Arrange the tuna slices on four individual plates.

2. Arrange the greens in the center

3. In a bowl, combine the oil and vinegar. Season to taste. Divide among the four plates.

4.Garnish with the Parmesan shavings and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serve immediately.
