FRIED FISH
ingredients:
1 whole fish (flounder)cleaned and diagonally score both sides
sliced ginger
scallion
3 cloves garlic
salt and pepper
2 tbsp rice wine
2 tbsp light soy sauce
sliced onion
1 tbsp vinegar
1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
fill a wok one quarter full of oil. heat oil and cook the fish until golden brown.. remove and drain
pour th eoil from the wok leaving 2 tbsp..
Reheat the reserved oil over high heat until very hot and stir fry the scallion ginger garlic onion for 5 mins.add the remaining ingredients ..reduce the heat and boil for another 5 minutes..
pour sauce over the fish and serve with rice
