BIBINGKA CASSAVA
Ingredients:
4 c grated cassava
1 12oz macapuno
2 eggyolk
1 1/2 c white or light brown sugar
1 c coconut cream
1/4 c melted butter
1 tsp vanilla
Topping-
4 eggyolk
1 can condensed milk
Mix all the ingredients well and pour into banana lined pan..baked at 350 until halfway done.(approx 45 mins)..then add topping spread evenly and bake again for another 30 mins or until done or topping nicely brown..
