FRESH GREEN CHUTNEY

6 tbsp plain yoghurt

1 tbsp lemon juice

2 heaped tbsp finely chopped fresh mint

2 heaped tbsp finely chopped coriander

1 tbsp finely chopped hot green chilli

1/3 tsp salt.or to taste

 

1. Put 4 tbsp of the yoghurt in a bowl and beat lightly until smooth and creamy.

2.Put the lemon juice,remaining yoghurt,mint,coriander,chilli and salt into a blender and blend until smooth.Empty this mixture into the bowl with the yoghurt and mix well.
