2cloves garlic,finely chopped
1 small carrot,slice thinly
1 stalk celery,sliced
2 tbsp oil
1 tbsp red wine (optional)
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbs soy sauce
black ground pepper to taste
Heat a wok over high heat,add the oil and heat until very hot.Stir fry the garlic for a few seconds then add onion.

Add the shredded pork and stir-fry until the color changes.



Add carrots and celery and stir fry over high heat for 20 seconds or until fragrant, then add the cabbage.
Add the rest of the ingredients and toss lightly to coat with the sauce.Cover and cook for 2-3 minutes or until wilted.
Serve with rice
