SPAGHETTI MEATBALLS

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

3 cloves garlic,chopped

1 egg

1 lb ground beef

2 tbsp bread crumbs

12 ounces spaghetti noodles

1 medium onion,chopped

salt and pepper to taste

freshly grated parmesan cheese for topping

1 jar spaghetti sauce

 

Mix together,beef,egg,bread crumbs,salt and pepper,some chopped onion in a bowl using your hands.Form into small meatball.

Bake for about 20 minutes or until lightly brown on top.


Heat the olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat .add the chopped garlic and onion and cook for 1 minute.

Add the Spaghetti sauce ,reduce the heat and simmer until thickened.about 30 minutes. The longer the better taste..

Cook The spaghetti in a large pot of salted boiling water as the label directs.Drain and return to the pot Top the spaghetti with meatballs and parmesan cheese..
