SINANGAG( pinoy garlic fried rice)

 

3 cups of cold cooked rice

1 tbsp oil

3 cloves garlic,chopped

salt to taste

  • Heat 3 tbsp. cooking oil in a wok or large pan on medium-high heat.

  • Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.

  • Add the rice and toss frequently for 2 minutes.

  • Sprinkle with about 1 tsp. salt.

    Cook rice on low for about 7 to 10 minutes, and toss rice occasionally.

    Serve  with fried daing bangus,egg,and sliced tomato on the side (jollibee style).
