PUTO with CHEESE

My son favorite breakfast but also goes well with dinuguan.(Don’t use regular flour)

Fill the steamer with water   and bring to a boil while preparing the batter.
1 1/4 cup bisquick flour
1 cup evaporated milk
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla

Topping
American Cheese for topping

In a mixing bowl place all the ingredients and mix well.

Fill the small muffin pan about 3/4 with the batter.

Steam for about 5-7 minutes or until a toothpick inserted  comes out clean.

Remove the cover and top each puto with cheese..Cover and  steam for another 45 seconds to 1 minute only.

Remove from the muffin pan and serve  hot or cold..
