1 bunch scallions,trimmed and thinly sliced for serving.

In a large,heavy saucepan over medium heat,warm the oil.Add the pork,tomatoes,and onion,and saute until the pork turns light brown,5 to 7 minutes. Stir in the lemon juice or mama sita mix,fish sauce,and pepper.
Add enough hot water to the saucepan to cover the pork mixture. Cover and simmer until the pork is tender,50 min-1 hour. Taste and adjust the seasoning,if necessary.
Stir in the hot green pepper ,eggplant,and radish and simmer for about 5 minutes .
Add the broccoli rabe,cover and simmer until the broccoli rabe,radish and eggplant are tender. about 3 minutes.
Serve over steamed white rice,with the scallions on top.
