PORK BARBEQUE
2 pcs pork belly sliced to desired thinness
mama sita bbq sauce….
for basting sauce ……
2 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp soy sauce
chopped garlic
small bottle of sweet chili paste..
dont add anything else and you’ll have the best bbq ever
marinate with mamasita sauce for at least 4 hours ..grill and baste regularly until well browned each side..
