6 pieces sardines
2 pieces green hot pepper
2 cloves garlic,sliced
3 slices ginger
1 medium onion,sliced
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup white vinegar
1 tbsp oil
1 bunch scallions
Add all the ingredients in a pot .Set to medium heat and simmer for about 30-35 minutes.Serve with white rice
