KINILAW TUNA (CEVICHE TUNA)

I like kinilaw  with freshly squeezed coconut milk..

1 pound fresh tuna
1/2 vinegar
1 medium onion,finely chopped
2 tbsp ginger,finely chopped
1 tbsp chives,finely chopped
2 red hot peppers,seeded,finely chopped
juice of 3 limes
1 tomato seeded,finely chopped
1 cup thick coconut milk
salt and pepper to taste

Wash tuna and cut into cubes

Soak in vinegar for about 2 hours .Then squeeze out the vinegar..

Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well and refrigerate for at least 3-4 hours before serving..

Serve with rice.. and a nice cold beer ..yummyyy!
