INIHAW NA BANGUS

Ingredients:

1 whole bangus cleaned and cut along back or front.rub inside out with lemonĀ  then salt and pepper

1 large chopped tomato

1 large chopped onion

2chopped scallion

salt and pepper

1 lemon

mix onion tomatoe scallion salt and pepper

stuff the fish with the mixture.wrap in foil and bake first for 30 minutes at 375 then

broil for 3 to 5 mins

serve with lemon juice and soysauce
